Dear Melody,
We just wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff did at my wedding at the Barns at Wesleyan Hills on May 27th of this year. I was “blown away” at how good the food was. Many of my guests raved about the delicious sirloin tips and the fabulous roasted potatoes. Your prices were great and the quality of the food suggested we had spent much more on catering.
Not only was the food exceptional, you and your staff did a great job in helping to “manage” the event from passing out bread and serving the cake to helping people find their seats and coordinating with the DJ and photographer. You went above and beyond what is expected from a caterer. I highly recommend your services to anyone I know getting married in the CT area will serve as a reference whenever you need one.

Dear Melody,
On behalf of Melissa, I am extending a sincere thank-you for the wonderful food that you prepared for Melissa’s wedding reception. The setup of the reception, with the various stations was an excellent idea- it made it different than most weddings that we have attended where there was either a buffet set up or a pre-set dinner brought to each guest. With this set up, people did not have to decide a month before the event what they felt like eating that night. The food provided was plentiful and was artfully arranged throughout the rooms.
The presentation of the food was topped only by the food’s taste. The food was terrific, Melody; delicious is an understatement. The compliments that we received were numerous, and I would imagine that you will be contacted by several of our guests who need an event catered.
Your staff was first-rate: professional, attentive to our guests needs, and certainly very knowledgeable about their work.
We appreciate your expertise in helping us have what we wanted within the price range that we wanted to spend. Many thanks, and please, feel free to use as a reference.
